Suggested Use
Place 1 herbal bath pack in a pot, add an appropriate amount of water and boil for approximately 15–20 minutes. Once the herbal ingredients have released their aroma, strain the liquid and add enough warm water to reach a comfortable temperature. Use the prepared water for bathing or wiping down the body.
Use as needed during postpartum confinement. Dry the body and hair promptly after bathing and keep warm.
