- Delivery time is from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm using our free courier service.
- If the customer is unable to sign for the goods, the courier colleague will deliver the goods to the customer's designated location and take photos.

⚠️Shipping cost is based on product weight, actual shipping cost is based on Canada Post.
⚠️Our responsibilities will end upon shipment to Canada Post, which will be certified to the Guest, and all subsequent tracking of goods, related enquiries and risks (random taxes or lost products) will be borne by the Guest.

According to the weight of the product, the shipping fee will be displayed at checkout according to the weight.
When will you receive it?
The post office website claims 2-7 business days and suggests a budget of about two weeks. Time forecasts are for normal conditions only, actual times are subject to availability and all delays are at the Guest's own risk.
Shipping arrangements
Once the store confirms the payment, it will be mailed within 14 days (unless the expected date of birth is specified)
If you order a monthly product, please fill in your expected delivery date when placing the order. The store will make and send it fresh two weeks before the expected delivery date (if you need to change the delivery date, please contact our customer service). If you do not fill in any date, the store will process it as a normal order and send it within 14 days.
On the day of shipment, the store will notify the customer of the consignment note number by email/WhatApps/WeChat with the shipping receipt, and the customer will pay the shipping fee within the next day.
Ask the Guest to track the shipment when they receive the email.
Additional Shipping Instructions
In the event of damage to items or other shipping issues (lost items) during shipment by Canada Post, the Guest is at their own risk and any delay in receiving the items due to such issues will not be accepted, refunded or exchanged due to failure of the store to take responsibility.
What you need to know about returns and exchanges
🔸Once all orders are confirmed for payment (including deposit), the store will not cancel or refund for any reason (including sudden unwanted/inconsistent style/personal reasons, etc.). Please carefully consider whether it is appropriate to order and pay.
🔸The product is made of natural materials, no preservatives are added, and natural changes in storage or the possibility of small amounts of insects in soup bags are not completely avoided, but it is still normal and does not affect the effect. If you can't accept the natural changes that may occur, please consider it carefully. To keep your product fresh, put it in the fridge.
🔸Returns/exchanges/refunds are not accepted for any issue other than the product's own quality issue or the product is out of stock (such as quality/human issues due to improper preservation by the guest).
🔸If any quantity is missing/product quality problems are found after receipt, please take a photo and follow up with WhatsApp/WeChat customer service within 3 days after receipt. All overdue applications will not be accepted.
🔸If the goods need to be exchanged after confirmation, the original goods need to be intact or unopened.
🔸All returns and exchanges must be sent back to Canada Post.
🔸In the event of any disputes arising out of returns or exchanges, the Company reserves the right of final decision.
🔸Due to different phone models/computer monitors, there may be a slight color difference between the website image and the actual object. Guests are advised to refer to the actual image of the store, and the actual color is based on the actual object. Please understand that we do not accept refunds or exchanges for colors or styles that do not meet your expectations.
🔸The pictures on the website are for reference, and everything is subject to the actual product. And a very small number of products may have very few defects, and not all products may be 100% perfect. If you really do mind, please think about it carefully.
